Experienced Remote Recruitment Consultant | Gibraltar/UK/Europe | Fully Remote

SRG is an established multi-sector recruitment agency currently operating in the UK, Spain, Gibraltar and Malta.

We are looking for an experienced, ambitious, and tech-savvy 360 Recruitment Consultant with a minimum of 3 to 5 years recruitment experience in the accounting, online and/or technology markets.

This is an exciting WFH opportunity to bring your mix of recruitment expertise, sector knowledge and a robust network of contacts and connections to help establish yourself in the SRG structure through profitable new client relationships, filling live open vacancies, and generally driving business growth.

What you'll be doing:

• Leverage your established network to generate new clients and fill open vacancies successfully


• Develop a strong understanding of client companies, their industry, work culture and environment


• Maintain robust relationships with potential and existing clients, ensuring we become their recruitment partner of choice


• Using digital technology and social platforms to headhunt, recruit, and onboard top talent across various sectors


• Negotiate contracts and terms of business with new clients


• Collaborate with the broader team to coordinate business strategy and meet the company's business goals

Key requirements:

• Proven experience in the recruitment industry, ideally within the accounting, online, digital sectors


• An extensive network of contacts in their market


• Strong understanding of the various job sectors


• Tech-savvy and comfortable with using multiple digital tools and platforms for recruitment


• Excellent communication and negotiation skills


• Self-starter attitude, ability to work autonomously, and a proven track record in business development
