Site Manager - EWI / Renewable housing - Inverness -Salary £45,000 - Happy to travel Scotland wide (Paid for!) 

CBW have a new opportunity for an experienced Site Managers to join a renewable energy client  due to a new contract win! 

This client is forward thinking and renewable energy really is the future.  This a great opportunity to join a company that is capitalising on the energy market.  The position will see you run domestic housing project of 50 houses within the Retrofit industry. 

You will be modernising properties within the Retrofit market to be more economical in the energy market.

Work will include : EWI, loft insulation, window and door replacements and solar panels and air source heat pumps.

 

Person specification:

SMSTS
First Aid
Trade qualification
Ideally previous experience within the domestic maintenance sector upgrading properties. 
Multi-trade experience 

Responsibilities: 

Working as part of the site team.
Site Induction's
Review of all subcontractors
RAMS
Adhere to company quality standards
Plan and manage all sub contractor  and direct reports
Ensure that programme is delivered on time and to budget
