Tiler / Multi Trader - FM Service Provider – Temp to perm - Battersea - Starting Immediately

A Fantastic opportunity to work for a leading FM Service Provider situated in Battersea.

CBW is currently looking for a Tiler to be based in a commercial office building based in Battersea.

Working with the maintenance team on-site, he or she will be required to carry out fabric PPM and reactive maintenance across a commercial environment.

Hours of work

• Monday to Friday
• 08:00am - 17:00pm
• Immediate Start
• £21 - £25 per hour Umbrella or PAYE (Client does not pay CIS)
• Temp to perm

• Ability to deliver excellent customer service
• Working in tenanted and void properties
• Tiling walls and ceiling
• Measuring and cutting a variety of tiles
• Patch Plastering, Damp repairs, full room plastering
• Using spacers within the corners of tile work
• To undertake basic Fabric duties 
• To undertake some plumbing activities including but not limited to clearing blockages, attending to burst pipes, replacing components, servicing systems etc.

• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
• Expereince working as a Tiler / Multi Trader
• Expereince in Tiling in a commerical office 
• Good communication skills
• Health & Safety experience
• Basic PC literacy, (Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, smartphone use)
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service
• Self-motivation with the ability to manage tight time constraints and prioritise workload
