Covering the whole of the UK dealing with the permanent placements of engineering, sales and management staff,

Positions:

X1 Trainee Recruitment Consultants - Office based ( Fareham )

Duties:

Relationship building
Account management
Gaining new business
Organising interviews for candidate as requested by the client
Dealing with clients on a daily basis
Head hunting - Identifying and approaching suitable candidates
Confident and quick approach towards work
Informing candidates about the results of their interviews;
Using Microsoft office,
Offering advice to clients and candidates


Ideal candidate:

The ideal candidates for these positions would have experience and knowledge of working in a sales environment, Telesales, Direct or Customer facing sales.
