Job Title: Service Advisor

Location: Haywards Heath, West Sussex

Salary: £24,000 - £30,000 (dependent on experience)

My client is an well established garage independent garage located in the heart of Haywards Heath.

They are seeking a Service Advisor to join our team and help us continue to deliver outstanding service to their valued customers.

As a Service Advisor, you will be the face of the garage, responsible for liaising with customers, providing professional advice, and ensuring the smooth flow of vehicle service and repair processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and create a welcoming atmosphere.
Listen to customer concerns and document vehicle issues.
Provide expert advice on vehicle maintenance and repair options.
Schedule appointments and maintain the service calendar.
Communicate with technicians to ensure efficient service workflow.
Provide accurate estimates and quotes to customers.
Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any concerns or issues.
Assist in the maintenance of accurate service records.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive environment is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
A customer-centric mindset and commitment to delivering top-notch service.
Knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance practices is a plus.
Familiarity with garage management software is an advantage.
