We at Chartwell Recruitment have a new opening following growth in the business at the beginning of the 2021 for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant.



The position would be based from our offices in Fareham, Hampshire.


Key Responsibilities:

Duties:
Resourcing for the Consultants in the office progressing to Recruitment Consultant once training completed.



Relationship building
Account management
Gaining new business
Organising interviews for candidate as requested by the client
Dealing with clients on a daily basis
Head hunting - Identifying and approaching suitable candidates
Confident and quick approach towards work
Informing candidates about the results of their interviews;
Using Microsoft office,
Offering advice to clients and candidates

Ideal candidate:

The ideal candidates for these positions would have experience and knowledge of working in a sales environment, Telesales, Direct or Customer facing sales.

Hard working, Determined and willing to learn

We are offering a competitive salary and with an excellent commission/bonus package

Salary: £16,000 - Rising salary based on performance per month
Bonus / OTE - Uncapped
