Security/Front of House

Security/Front of House - Wrexham - Salary up to £25,000 DOE

CBW has a brand new opportunity for front of house/security to join a leading facilities company.

You will answer the telephones, redirect calls efficiently, provide temporary badges, escort visitors on site and be the first point of contact for any issues reported.

Key Responsibilities:

Basic Facility duties to include:

• Manage Incoming plus Outgoing Mail plus Parcel deliveries.
  
  Distribute to receiver within the office.
• Sending mail plus parcels. 
• Perform Monthly PFE checks with recording.
  
  Check seal on unit intact.
  
  Pressure dial in the green.
• Perform Monthly Emergency Lighting checks with recording.
  
  Fish key flip test.
• Perform Monthly Fire Door checks with recording.
  
  For damage etc.
• Tesco/Lyreco/Amazon online ordering.
• Store received deliveries into store onsite cupboards/Facilities Store Room.
• Support when handyman on leave.
  
  Replenish Coffee machine consumables.
  
  Brew/Canteen area.
• Various Adhoc from Facilities Manager. 

• Access badge Administration with providing visitors with badge.
• Escort visitors onsite plus external generator compound.
• Renew Vendor access through online Pass Administration portal.
• Terminate not required vendors in above system.
• Follow up new vendors to provide their details through to access badge creation.
• Support site security team re accident investigation.

• Strong communication skills.
• Experience in a similar front of house role.
• Outstanding customer service delivery skills.
• Great time keeping.
• Well presented.
• Able to make decisions to solve problems.
• Highly organised and able to work under pressure.
