An exciting opportunity to join an established FM building services company based in a commercial environment on a static basis in Saffron Walden, Cambridgeshire.

CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for a Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based in a commercial building in Saffron Walden, Cambridgeshire.

He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team on site.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have proven track record in mechanical plumbing building maintenance.

In return the company is offering a competitive salary up to £42,000.

• Minor installation works 
• Planned and reactive works 
• AHU's / FCU's filter changes
• Boiler & Chiller checks
• Pumps and Motors

• City and Guilds in Electrical Installation Level 3 
• 17th / 18th Edition
• Client Facing 
• Demonstrate previous experience commercial building maintenance
• Demonstrate working knowledge of the respective legislation and guidance material
• Drivers Licence due to site location
