Location: Hybrid - 2 days in the office (Wilmslow), 3 days in the office
Salary: £22,575 Per annum + 2K bonus (Paid quarterly)

We are on the hunt for a Customer Service Advisor to join our busy diary management team.

In this role, you'll be reaching out to our current clients to schedule annual visits for our H&S Consultants, ensuring we deliver top-notch service.

The role

Your mission, should you choose to accept it:
, Connect with Clients: Schedule visits that align perfectly with their service agreements.
, Time-Savvy Scheduler: Maximize our Health and Safety Consultants' time with confirmed visits.
, Smart planning: Plan diaries efficiently to cut down on travel time.
, Follow-up pro: Ensure all cancelled visits are rescheduled promptly.
, Resolve Queries: Handle and log all Consultant queries, collaborating with internal departments when needed.
, Report Accurately: Keep meticulous records of visit-related issues and queries.
, Data Guru: Create and manage monthly Management Information reports.
, Collaborate: Work closely with Health and Safety Consultants, Regional Managers, Finance, and Client Relations.

About you:

If you're the one, you'll be super organised because you'll be juggling multiple schedules.

Top-notch communication skills and a great phone presence are a must.

You'll need to have good geographical knowledge of the UK and be comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.

As a natural problem solver, you'll own any query from start to finish, anticipating needs and offering solutions every step of the way.
