Service Coordinator based in Brentwood, Essex

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings- Help plan the day-to-day work for engineers
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Maintain organized filing systems and databases
- Support the team with administrative tasks as required
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective communication and information flow Requirements:
- Proven experience as an office coordinator or in a similar role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities


Salary is £25,000 / £27,000 depending upon experience.
