Maintenance Supervisor

Maintenance Supervisor - London Victoria - Multi Tenanted Site - 50k

One of the well known companies in the FM and Maintenance industry is currently looking to recruit a key member of staff to add to a static commercial contract in London Victoria. You'll be working at a very iconic site that has two premium office blocks, and residential spaces within the building – as well as a food and leisure quarter.  This site brings together some of London’s most vibrant restaurants and leisurely outlets and walking distance from Victoria station.

The ideal candidate is someone that is willing to take on a challenge, and has an excellent understanding of the industry and sector this is in.

You'll be client and customer facing throughout the day, so someone that is confident meeting and greeting people face to face.

The candidate must have a strong electrical understanding and must also be able to demonstrate a proven track record in the commercial building services environment.

Key Duties and responsibilities

  • Assisting the Contract Manager with the "day to day" running of the site
  • Responsible for managing the company's quality procedures on site
  • Raise small works quotations for any works requested by the Client
  • Manage agreed KPI and SLA's alongside the Contract Manager
  • Arranging specialist sub-contractors
  • Maintaining a close working relationship with the Client
  • Management of all reports/site log books and compliance
  • Ensuring all paperwork is up to date and ready for audits
  • Attending client meetings if required
  • And your duties will consist of hands on PPM & Reactive maintenance.
Hours of work & Package
  • Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (40hrs)

  • You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
  • A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
  • Experience of service delivery in commercial buildings/offices
  • Ability to manage and prioritise a demanding and varying workload
  • Safe systems of Work Procedure - PTW, RAMS experience  
  • Health and safety and statutory compliance knowledge
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to develop excellent working relationships both internal and externally
  • Proven IT skills, including use of Microsoft Office
