Your Role: Contracts Manager
Duties & Responsibilities:


, Develop and update detailed programmes of works and procurement schedules.
, Ensure effective project close-out, addressing snagging and customer specifications.
, Monitor and maintain high-quality standards, addressing issues with subcontractors and trades.
, Keep accurate site records in line with Company and legislative requirements.
, Identify and address potential issues affecting project delivery.
, Safeguard the Company's contractual and financial positions.
, Collaborate with the Contracts Manager/QS to monitor project financial status and implement solutions.
, Manage preliminary costs within budget and report variations to the commercial team.
, Lead the performance of direct reports and subcontract labour, ensuring safety and efficiency.
, Communicate all necessary information and ensure adherence to Health & Safety standards.
, Coordinate subcontractor activities to ensure efficiency and oversee performance to ensure work completion.


Key Accountabilities Include:


, Develop positive relationships with key employees and colleagues.
, Conduct duties in a courteous and professional manner with clients, professional teams, and industry contacts.
, Stay informed of current legislation, regulations, and Company policies.
, Maintain a safe and tidy workspace, observing safety requirements and wearing PPE as required.
, Report any issues affecting personnel or the Company promptly.
, Contribute to contract feedback, review performance, and participate in appraisals.
, Develop and implement detailed programmes and schedules for accurate monitoring and reporting of progress.
, Implement statutory, regulatory, and company requirements for managing Health and Safety.
, Secure and manage resources effectively for successful project delivery.
