The role and your background

As a successful candidate, you may not have specific B2B sales experience, but you bring a valuable set of transferable skills that will empower you to thrive in this role.

In your current position, you have honed your communication skills through extensive phone interactions with customers, addressing their needs and providing outstanding service.

Your ability to build rapport quickly and actively listen to customers has resulted in exceptional customer satisfaction.

Additionally, your agility in handling challenges and adapting to a fast-paced environment has positioned you as a problem-solving pro.

In sales at Citation, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts to new heights.

Your responsibilities will include:
, B2B calling to engage prospective clients
, Building rapport and conducting effective fact-finding conversations over the phone
, Managing the CRM system (Salesforce) with accurate and detailed notes
, Efficiently managing callbacks and maintaining a well-organized pipeline
, Generating new business opportunities through effective lead generation
