Job Description
Location: Home with occasional travel to the office and client premises
Full time: 37.5 hours
Reporting to: Head of Sales


Key Responsibilities
In this exciting and varied role, you will:
, Identify new business opportunities, including new markets, new clients, new partnerships or new products and services
, Create strategies to successfully reach new business opportunities
, Build relationships with new clients, gauging their needs and developing proposals to address these needs
, Pitch sales and products to new and existing clients
, Attend conferences and events to build relationships with industry partners and staying up to date with new trends
, Create sales forecasts and actively working towards reaching them
, Possess a strong understanding of the company's products, the competition in the industry and positioning
, Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure that the requirements are met


The Person
You will be able to:
, Demonstrate a track record in new business sales, ideally in a consultative environment.


, Handle your own leads and opportunities, closing deals and ensuring the administration of the process is up to date
, Sell ideas, products, and services
, Manage your time effectively and multi-task
, Demonstrate a strategic and creative mind
, Demonstrate strong customer service skills
, Understand and propose products or solutions by focusing on the client's requirements
, Demonstrate strong IT skills and knowledge of necessary software applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other statistical analysis software.


, Motivate yourself and others
, Show a solid understanding of business and marketing principles
