About the role of Infrastructure and Cyber Security Analyst:
At Saha, we are dedicated to providing comprehensive, good quality housing services, support and resettlement for people who are or have recently experienced homelessness and who are in need of support and accommodation.
As our Infrastructure and Cyber Security Analyst, you will help Saha improve its security posture and modernise its infrastructure, bringing fresh ideas to help mould our future way of working.

You’ll provide 3rd line technical support and root cause analysis, whilst being a natural escalation point for our Service Desk team.
Alongside the ICT Services Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing and monitoring our physical and virtual networking and infrastructure, ensuring all processes are running efficiently.

You’ll also bring your expertise around Microsoft 365 to enhance how we do things and showcase new and emerging technologies to the team.

About The Candidate
About You:
We are looking for an innovative and experienced IT professional with experience of managing both on-premises and cloud infrastructure, as well as all aspects of cyber security.
