Job Title: Sous Pastry Chef

Our client is a luxury retail brand who are opening their first vegetarian café/restaurant based in heart of Mayfair.

The café will be based within a retail shop and can seat up to 40 people at any one time.

They will be offering a simple vegetarian menu served across breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as a luxury afternoon tea offering.

Sous Pastry Chef benefits:

• Competitive salary starting from £40,000 - £45,000

LATEST FINISH WILL BE 8PM, working 40 hours per week maximum!

• Working with a chef consultant to develop menus.

• Working across the retail/café and development kitchen.

There will be limitations to cooking / baking due to the kitchen been situated in a retail outlet.

Sous Pastry Chef requirements:

• A Sous Pastry Chef who is well organised, self-motivated, and experienced running professional kitchens.

• The successful head chef needs to be very strong when it comes to paperwork, health and safety and kitchen legalities.

• You will be joining a small kitchen team, the ideal candidate should be happy to help in other areas of the kitchen if needed.
