My client are an industry leader within the Chartered Surveyor industry, Covering a number of contracts throughout the West Yorkshire

An excellent opportunity has arisen within the West Yorkshire area for an experienced Chartered Surveyor

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct property valuations to assess the market value of residential, commercial, or industrial properties.
- Consider factors such as location, condition, and market trends to determine accurate valuations.
- Conduct thorough building surveys to assess the condition and structural integrity of properties.
- Identify defects, potential issues, and maintenance requirements.
- Manage and advise on the purchase, sale, and leasing of land and properties.
- Assist clients in maximizing the value of their real estate portfolios.
- Conduct feasibility studies for development projects, evaluating the viability of proposed developments.
- Assess factors such as zoning regulations, environmental impact, and economic feasibility.
- Provide expertise in cases involving compulsory purchase orders, including negotiations and assessments of compensation for property owners.
- Resolve boundary disputes and assess land ownership issues.
- Provide expert opinions and reports for legal proceedings if required.
- Offer advice on planning and development issues, including obtaining planning permissions and navigating regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals in development projects.
- Assist clients in negotiating leasehold agreements and lease renewals.
- Provide guidance on terms, conditions, and rental values.
- Manage property development projects from inception to completion.
- Oversee budgets, timelines, and quality control during construction or renovation projects.
- Analyze and assess property portfolios for individuals, corporations, or investment funds.
- Provide recommendations for portfolio optimization and growth.
- Act as an expert witness in legal proceedings related to property disputes.
- Provide professional opinions and expert testimony based on thorough analysis and expertise.
- Consult with clients to understand their real estate needs and goals.
- Provide tailored advice and solutions based on clients' specific requirements.
- Stay informed about local and national real estate market trends.
- Provide clients with market insights and advice based on current and anticipated market conditions.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Ensure that all property transactions and assessments comply with legal requirements.
