Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer – FM Service Provider - Commercial Building – Hemel Hempstead – Up to £40,000

CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer based in a commercial office in Hemel Hempstead.

He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team on site.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

• Monday to Friday – 07:00 am to 16:00 pm or 08:00 am to 17:00 pm

• Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast's, Control panel, Power distribution, pro logic lighting)
• Emergency lighting
• Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
• Chillers - Re-set
• Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e.
  
  Hot & Colds)
• General building fabric
• Monitor mechanical plant
• Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings

• Mechanically or Electrically qualified
• Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
• Multi-skilled
• Good communication skills
• Client Facing
