Maintenance Plumber

Maintenance Plumber - Camden Town, London - Temp - Start Immediately - £22 per hour 

An exciting opportunity to join a large tourist attraction based in the Camden Town, London.

CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Plumber to be based in a commercial building in the city on a temp basis which could potentially go permanent.

He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team on site.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding in plumbing maintenance.

In return the company is offering a competitive hourly rate of up to £22.00 per hour. 

Key Responsibilities

• Repairing Toilets and Sinks
• Unblocking Toilets
• Water Treatment
• Repairing pipework and leaks
• Minor installation works
• Flexible in helping other trades on site
• Planned and reactive works
• AHU's/FCU's filter changes
• Boiler & Chiller checks
• Fire Alarm & Sprinkler Testing

• Monday to Friday - 08:00am to 17:00pm (40 hour week)
• Temporary with potentially to go permanent

• City and Guilds in Plumbing (Level 2) 
• City and Guilds in Water Treatment - Desirable
• City and Guilds Legionella control within hot and cold water systems - Desirable
• Demonstrate previous experience commercial plumbing
• Demonstrate working knowledge of the respective legislation and guidance material
