Fabric Engineer

Fabric Engineer - FM Service Provider  - Euston- Up to £32,000 - Monday - Friday 

Exciting opportunity to work for a leading FM Service Provider situated in Euston.

CBW is currently recruiting for a Fabric Maintenance Engineer to be based on a commercial complex located in Euston.

The successful candidate will have an all-around understanding of most fabric duties and a proven track record in commercial Fabric building maintenance.

Working with the maintenance team on-site, he or she will be required to carry out fabric PPM and reactive maintenance. 

This will be a permanent role with a salary of up to £32,000.

Hours of work

• Monday - Friday  08:30-17:30

• Unblocking toilets and sinks
• Changing locks 
• Adjusting doors closers
• Replacing taps and basins
• Any other general maintenance duties that may occur.

• £32,000 basic salary 
• 25 days annual leave

• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
• An understanding of most building fabric duties (Plumbing, Painting, Carpentry, Basic Electrical, etc)
• Good communication skills
• Health & Safety experience
• Basic PC literacy, (Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, smartphone use)
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service
• Self-motivation with the ability to manage tight time constraints and prioritise workload
