An exciting opportunity to join an established Building Services company based in a large High End Residental building based in Chelsea.

CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for a maintenance plumber to carry out planned and reactive high end residential  contract based in Chelsea.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have proven track record in building maintenance.

This position would be ideal for a maintenance Plumber currently in a similar position who is keen on progression.

In return the company are offering a competitive salary up to £45,000 with a potential route into further career progression.

 

Key duties & Responsibilities

• Repairing Toilets and Sinks 
• Unblocking Toilets 
• Water Treatment 
• Repairing pipework and leaks 
• Minor installation works 
• Flexible in helping other trades on site 
• Planned and reactive works  

• Basic Salary of up to £45,000
• Call out
• Monday to Friday 08.00 – 17.00
• 23 days holiday + Bank Holidays
• Tablet & Work Phone Provided
• Full company uniform  

• Plumbing - City & Guilds Level 2 / 3 (Essential)
• Must be able to pass a DBS check or have a current DBS (Essential)
• Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
• Multi-skilled
• Good communication skills
• Client Facing
