Commericial Gas Engineer - Kent

Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer – FM Service Provider – Kent & Sussex – Up to £55,000

CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for a Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer to carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance across several contracts based in Kent, Sussex and the surrounding areas.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.



This position would be ideal for a Mobile Commercial gas engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on progression.

In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of £55,000 with a potential route into further career progression.

The successful candidate will be Gas Safe commercial gas qualified with COCN1 or CODNCO1 as a minimum.

Extensive experience in commercial building maintenance is essential.

The ideal candidate will have experience in boilers, burners and boosters.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for delivering, services, repairs and maintenance throughout commercial properties. 
• Reactive maintenance throughout client portfolio of properties
• Self-delivery of smaller installations
• Cover a portfolio of contracted buildings repairing and maintaining various systems.
• Have the ability to diagnose and identify faults and failures within the equipment
• Order and fit parts or components to the equipment when required.
• Reactive and planned commercial maintenance.
• Providing high level of customer service and building strong relationship

• Provide a service that ensures all key performance indicators (KPI) / service level agreements (SLA) are met.
• Provide a multi-skilled maintenance service, which covers electrical, mechanical and building fabric disciplines.

• Commercial GasSafe qualifications, COCN1/CODNCO1 prefered
• Domestic GaSafe qualifications minimum
• Good commercial gas maintenance knowledge
• Electrical knowledge
• Extensive experience working within commercial environments
• Building services knowledge with ideally electrical qualifications but not essential

• Basic Salary of £55,000
• Call Out Rota – 1 in 14 weeks.
  
  £60 if you get called out, basic up to 4 hours
• Monday – Friday 07:30 am – 17:30 pm
• 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
