Black Country Women's Aid (BCWA) is an ambitious, dynamic exciting charity working across the Black Country and wider West Midlands providing support services to victims of domestic and sexual violence and abuse, stalking, human trafficking and exploitation.

The services also support women within the criminal justice system, many of whom have been victims of violence and abuse.

Job Title: Regional Domestic Abuse Service Manager
Position available: 1 full-time position, 37.5 hours (Monday - Friday, 7.5 hours per day, covering Sandwell, Dudley & Walsall
Salary: £31,697.19 - £34,345

The Role:

The Domestic Abuse Manager will join a team of managers located within the Community Services directorate.

The role will have oversight of a team of advocates who will deliver a high-quality support, advice and guidance service to victims.

You will ensure that the advocates deliver the service in accordance with quality standards, contract requirements and key performance indicators.

Most importantly you are responsible for collating victim's experiences of their journey of support through BCWA.

You will supervise, support and develop the team and create and maintain a culture of positivity as this work is challenging.

This role that requires attention to detail on systems and processes, excellent interpersonal skills, focus on and commitment to exploring the experience of victims.
