Chef's

Permanent Chef – Emsworth, Thorney Island – FM Service Provider - £22,400 per annum 


CBW has an Exciting opportunity for a Chef to work for an established company situated in Emsworth, Thorney Island.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record as a Chef and will be able to work Immediately on a flexible basis.

Hours of Work & Shifts:

• Shift Rota 
• 5 working days out of 7 - Monday to Sunday 
• 35 hours a week 
• Includes Earlies, Lates & Occasional Weekends (1 in 6 / 1 in 3 weekends)

• Effective and efficient food production in line with recipe sheets
• Full knowledge of all menu items served
• Management of production to ensure minimal wastage
• Maintenance of food levels throughout all service periods
• Maintenance of food quality and brand standards
• Ensuring the maintenance of high hygiene and health and safety standards in line with the requirements and identify any anomalies and incidents
• Capturing and recording all volumes consumed and overproduction
• Assisting in the compilation of all shifts opening and closing checklists
• Discussing ideas or improvements with line manager
• Act as a trainer/ coach for new team members to learn procedures and standards for all kitchen tasks.
• Undertake relevant training as required
