Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer- FM Service Provider - Commercial Buildings – Bristol/Cardiff - Up to £40,000

Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider situated in Bristol.

CBW is currently recruiting for a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to cover a number of commercial sites in the Bristol/Cardiff area.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in commercial AC building maintenance with an all-around understanding of most M&E/Fabric plants.

He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive maintenance.

In return, the company are offering a competitive salary paying up to £40,000, a company vehicle, and a fuel card.

Key Duties:

• PPM & Reactive maintenance
• Air conditioning and refrigeration - Service/maintenance
• Your main duties will be service and maintenance on split systems, VRVs, VAVs and VRFs, AHUs, FCUs, Chillers and all HVAC and refrigeration plants.
• Building services knowledge

• Basic Salary of up to £40,000
• 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
• Monday to Friday working 08:00am – 17:00pm
• Call out 1 in 4
• Company Vehicle and Fuel card

• Private use of the van

• NVQ Level 2 Refrigeration & Air conditioning
• F-Gas 2079 Cat 1 (Essential)
• Good Air conditioning maintenance knowledge
• Extensive experience working within commercial environments
• Full UK Drivers Licence (Clean) 
• Experience working in a mobile role
