Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Healthcare Portfolio - Plymouth- Up to £40,000 + Van and Fuel Card

CBW is currently recruiting for an established Electrical Maintenance Engineer to work across a small portfolio of commercial properties in the Plymouth area.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial building maintenance.

In return, the company is offering a competitive salary up to £40,000, further training, and career progression.

 

Key Responsibilities 

• Carry out Electrical PPM's and reactive maintenance 
• Carry out electrical installation works as required
• Work as part of a team utilising other skills as required.
• General Building Maintenance 
• PPM and reactive Maintenance on Electrical, Mechanical and Building Fabrics
• Respond promptly and positively to service call requests from the Helpdesk and to assess the requirements of the job and carry out repairs as and where necessary.

• Monday to Friday - 08:00am to 17:00pm - 40 hour week

• Basic Salary of up to £40,000
• Overtime available (1.5x in the week, 2x Saturday & Sunday)
• In house training 

• NVQ level 2/3 Electrical essential
• 18th Edition
• A good knowledge of electrical services
• Sound level of administration and organisational skills
• General Building Maintenance
• Multi-Skilled
• Work overtime when required
• Mechanical experience desirable
