Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer-Liverpool-Up to £37,000 DOE

CBW has an excellent new opportunity for an electrical engineer to join an established FM company on a permanent basis.

This is covering a schools contract in the Liverpool area.

You will carry out reactive maintenance work and should be a fully qualified electrical engineer.

Below are all of the details on this position.

Hours:

• Week 1 06:00-14:00
• Week 2 07:00-15:00
• Week 3 09:00-17:00
• Week 4 10:00-18:00

• Completing PPM schedules on small works and reactive repairs.
  
  This will involve various skill sets, however you must be electrically qualified.
  
  You will be required to attend to reactive calls and ensure top quality work at all times.
• Providing a high level of customer service to a portfolio of clients 
• Lighting (small installations, fault finding, lamping etc)
• Emergency lighting tests
• Control panels 
• PAT testing
• Changing Ballast
• BMS System - Monitor 
• Maintain and update log books

• Must be qualified to City & Guilds Level 3 9AM2)
• 18th Edition 
• Must be experienced in building services engineering
• Some Mechanical knowledge would be preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Able to work on own initiative
