APCOA Parking requires experienced Customer Service Receptionists/Drivers for our Prestigious Meet & Greet service at Bristol Airport

Role: Meet and Greet Valet (Night Shift) – Bristol Airport
Hourly Rate: £11.92 per hour (£26,033 annual)
Night Shift: 19:00 to 07:00
Contracted Hours: 42 hours per week
Start Date: Immediate

To join the Bristol Airport Meet & Greet Valet Team as a front of house night shift receptionist and driver.

You will be the welcoming face greeting our customers and taking them through the check-in process at our Meet and Greet Kiosk.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy, customer facing environment.

Based at Bristol Airport working 4 nights one week and 3 nights the next (average 42 hours per week) on a two-week cycle.

(19:00 to 07:00)

The main responsibilities include:

Meeting customers and booking their vehicles in/out on our computer system, photographing, driving customer cars and dealing with customer issues/complaints in a professional manner.

Maintaining a high standard of dress and appearance, adherence to SOPs, high customer Service standards, carefully checking, photographing and parking customer vehicles.

The role is subject to DS approval.

Background and attributes:

• You must hold a Full UK licence with no more than 3 points and be IT literate.
• Excellent communication skills with good spoken and written English are essential.
• Due to Insurance requirements, you are required to have a full UK driving licence for a minimum of 3 years and be aged 26 years or older.
• Applicants must be flexible and able to work a 12 hrs shift between the hours of 19:00 and 07:00.
  
  The role can involve a fair bit of walking so a reasonable level of fitness is also desirable.
• Can demonstrate experience of providing excellent customer service, able to remain calm under pressure and have experience of driving a varied range of cars.
• Part of the role will require you to work outside in all weathers.
