HR Support Consultant
Location: Remote, Nationwide.

Hours of work: Full time.
Salary: £35k Per annum

The role:

Client care:
, Respond to client requests within KPI
, Develop and maintain client relationships
, Accurately identify client document requirements to ensure needs and expectations are met.

, Compliance with agreed business KPIs

Service Delivery:
, Completion of client request ad hoc work (additional/amended contract templates and amended employee handbook requests)
, Respond to client feedback on documentation supplied
, Undertake remote client meetings and provide bespoke HR documentation based on client needs and train clients on Atlas
, Undertake remote documentation reviews (DTRs - renewal and mid-term)
, Prepare critiques of existing client documentation
, Assist with ad-hoc projects as required
, Ongoing support to meet changing client's needs, changes in legislation and Citation services.

, Any other duties which deemed to be within the competencies of the post-holder including data cleansing
, Maintain case management in salesforce

, Organisation and prioritisation of own workload, alongside diary-managed remoter meetings to ensure tasks are completed within agreed timeframes
, Effective utilization of information technology made available
, Track progress of client documentation and take appropriate action to support clients and meet any relevant

, Attend all internal meetings and external conferences as appropriate
, Utilise all learning resources available e.g online, CIPD
, Actively commit to self-development
, Maintain a good working knowledge of employment law as appropriate, servicing clients contracted to EL & HR services

, Successful networking between members of the team
, Proactively supporting colleagues as dictated by changing workload demands

, Provide a positive and professional image of the EL & HR Service department to both internal and external customers
, Share relevant client information with other services deliverers
, Share skills and knowledge within the team

Commercial Awareness
, Be aware of the scope of Citation's services and to promote relevant additional service opportunities within the existing and prospect client groups
