Day Shift Electrician – 4 on 4 off - Large Tourist Attraction –Tottenham Court Road, London – up to £42,000 Per annum

Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM Property company based in London.

CBW is currently recruiting for a Day shift Electrician to be based at a large tourist attraction by Tottenham Court Road.

The successful candidate will be a fully qualified Electrical engineer with a proven track record in commercial/property building maintenance and be able to turn their hand to a variety of maintenance tasks.

He or she will be required to carry out electrical planned and reactive maintenance / Installation across this large static site.

Working with the maintenance team on site.

He or she will be required to have an understanding/hands-on experience of the below.  In return, the company offers a competitive salary, further training, overtime and the chance to work at this unique and interesting site.

Key duties & Responsibilities

• Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast's, Control panel, Power distribution)
• Emergency lighting 
• Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
• Water Treatment
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e.
  
  Hot & Colds)
• UPS Systems - Monitor / Take readings

• £42,000 Basic Salary
• 22 shift days holiday

• Electrical qualified level 2&3 (C&G, NVQ etc)
• 18th Edition
• Installation experience
• You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates (Essential)
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
• Multi-skilled
• Good communication skills
• Excellent customer skills 
• Must be able to get to site for 07:00am start
