Environmental Enforcement Manager

The Role
Environmental Enforcement Operations Manager - £42,000 salary - Full Time - Local Government Department 
Location - The role will be a hybrid model,  you will have the option to work from home but will also be expected to travel to other company sites across London and the UK as well as potential client sites on a regular basis.

You may also be required to travel overseas.

What you will do: 
  • Support the Contract Managers where required to lead and motivate the team.  Through them to managing resources to deliver a safe, reliable, and efficient operations on behalf of clients.
  • Work with the BDMLG (Business Development Manager - Local Government) in increasing the client’s bottom line.

    Through the achievement of annual contribution budget, and new business target for each Contract within the business sector.
  • Support the Contract Managers to ensure the Contract portfolio exceeds client’s expectations and meets Service Level agreements or Contract KPI’s.
  • Understand APCOA's mission and contribute to creating a “best in class” business in the UK.

    By behaving in accordance with company values and contributing to the achievement of Company goals. 
  • Support Contract Managers with the recruitment and retention of teams.
  •  Carry out Regular operation reviews and agree improvement strategies.
  • Demonstrate the ability to support the Contract Managers and their Teams to deliver operational efficiency across all Environmental and Parking contracts.
What you will bring:
Experience in Operations Management and Supervision roles 
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Understanding of the Business Sector, its culture, clients, and potential clients. 
The ability to build and sustain client relationships.
Financial aptitude and process management skills.
Working to towards set KPI’s and setting KPI’s.
The ability to motivate and lead a team using well developed people management skills.
Coaching and mentoring skills.
 Experience in Human resource processes and procedures. 
Experience with Health and Safety
