CBW has an excellent new opportunity for domestic/commercial gas engineer to join an established FM company.

This is covering a contract within the central belt with occasional travel to Dundee/Aberdeen with company van provided.

Contracts: Commercial, domestic and industrial : Housing, student accommodation, managing agents, distribution centers, supermarkets and Housing Associations and NHS

Key responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for delivering, services, repairs and maintenance of a wide range of commercial and domestic buildings within commercial gas
• Planned maintenance throughout clients portfolio of properties 
• Self delivery of smaller installations 
• Cover a portfolio of contracted buildings repairing and maintaining various systems. 
• Have the ability to diagnose and identify faults and failures within the equipment 
• Order and fit parts or components to the equipment when required.
• Reactive and planned commercial maintenance 
• Providing high level of customer service and building strong relationship

• Commercial and domestic GasSafe qualifications
• Good commercial and domestic gas maintenance knowledge
• Extensive experience working within a commercial environments
• Building services knowledge 

• Salary of up to £42,000 - OT paid Mon- Sat 1.5  and 2.0 Sunday  (Plenty of overtime available)
• Hours 8am-4.30pm Monday-Friday, 21 days holiday plus bank 
• On - call 1 in 7 (£75 per week standby / £100 bank holiday weekend and on-call paid door to door.
