Contracts Manager - Construction

Contracts Manager - Renewable / energy efficiency contractor - 47-50K plus 5K car allowance 

Due to new contract wins CBW are delighted to be working with a specialist renewable energy efficiency contractor to source a further Contracts Manager.

Reporting to the Head of Construction you will be overseeing a minimum of four projects at one time.

Your new position will see you being responsible for pre-construction phase and site delivery, throughout the projects.   These projects are within the renewable industry to include but not limited to  : Internal and External Wall insulation, cavity wall insulation, roofing, solar panels and boiler / electrical upgrades, everything to make the home more energy efficient.

• Budget control 

• Experience within high level projects delivered on time and within budget
• Working within the social housing sector
• Experience in the delivery and management of multi trade projects with the ability to run multiple projects simultaneously from project out lay to delivery and handover. 
• Experience of overseeing site operations, clients and customer engagement 

• SVQ - Construction Management 
• IOSH 
• SMSTS Site Management Safety training 
• First Aid 
• Scaffold inspections  

• Salary 47-50K 
• Car allowance 5K 
• 28 days holiday
