On going Security Officer –  FM Service Provider - Hatfield - £12.00 per hour 

Exciting opportunity for a Security Officer to work for an established FM company situated in Hatfield.

CBW are currently recruiting for a Security Officer to be based in a commercial building.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in cleaning within a commercial building.

Shift & Hours of Work

Monday, Thursday, Friday - 08:30am - 17:00pm
Tuesday, Wednesday - 08:30am - 20:00pm

Key duties & Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe environment through a team effort of diligent active patrol, strict access control, monitoring, and equipment control
• Be visible and observant at all times, greeting staff, guests, and vendors in a courteous and attentive manner
• Respond immediately to distress calls, panic alarms, and emergency calls for disorderly conduct, disruptive persons, and incidents swiftly and appropriately
• Maintain the company’s reputation with professionalism and legal compliance
• Collaborate with other security officers for effective protection and coverage
• Check staff and visitors in and out of the building 
• Monitoring and analysing CCTV camera footage 
• Investigate and take the appropriate lawfully action as authorized by the corporate policy on accidents, incidents, trespassing, suspicious activities, safety and fire incidents
• Secure all doors, windows, and exits, depending on shift

• Previous experience working as a Security Officer 
• Have a valid SIA License 
• Reliable 
• To always act in a professional manner
• Be honest, reliable, and hard working
• Must be able to demonstrate good communication skills
• Be eligible to work in the UK
