Facilities Coordinator-Wrexham-Up to £25,000

Are you an experienced FM coordinator looking for a new role?

If so this is the position for you!

CBW has an excellent new opportunity for a customer service/receptionist to join an FM company on a permanent basis.

This role will require you to greet clients, organise paperwork, distribute ID badges and small handyperson tasks.

Below are all the details on this position, which is fully office based.

Hours:

08:30-16:30

Key duties:

  • Mail Processing.

    Incoming and Outgoing.
  • Escort visitors onsite.
  • Provide Temporary badges.
  • Online orders of Amazon etc
  • Answering the door
  • Enquiries.
  • Various checks of equipment.
  • Adhoc duties for FM (small handyperson tasks)
Person specification:

  • Previous experience within FM 
  • Ability to carry out small maintenance duties 
  • Customer facing attitude 
Package:

  • Salary of up to £25,000 DOE
  • 22 days plus bank holiday
  • Company pension
