Electrical Maintenance Engineer-Blackburn-Up to £24PH

CBW has a new opportunity for an electrical maintenance engineer to join a leading FM company on a temporary basis.

This is covering a static site based in Blackburn.

You should have a relevant building maintenance experience and will be carrying out duties such as PPM/reactive works, emergency lighting and other FM duties.

Parking is also available on site.

Below are all the details on this role:

Contract Length/Hours/Pay 

• 8-5 Mon-Fri 
• Up to £24PH
• 4 weeks +

• Completing PPM schedules on small works and reactive repairs.
  
  This will involve various skill sets, however you must be electrically qualified.
  
  You will be required to attend to reactive calls and ensure top quality work at all times.
• Providing a high level of customer service to a portfolio of clients 
• Lighting (small installations, fault finding, lamping etc)
• Emergency lighting tests
• Control panels 
• PAT testing
• Changing Ballast
• BMS System - Monitor 
• Maintain and update log books
