Black Country Women's Aid (BCWA) is an established charity working across the Black Country and wider West Midlands providing accommodation and community support services to victims of domestic abuse, sexual abuse and human trafficking.
Services range from advocacy, civil remedies, support in court, individual and group support and access to a range of therapeutic interventions.
All services are client and needs led.

This position is located within the Community Domestic Violence and Abuse Support Service
The BCWA Community Domestic Violence and Abuse Support Service supports victims of domestic violence and abuse in Sandwell, Dudley, Wolverhampton and Walsall through a range of contracted/commissioning arrangements.
The service works in partnership with other services within BCWA and key agencies to assess risk and provide tailored support plans for service users.
Our integrated approach provides effective holistic support for survivors of abuse using a trauma-informed approach.
The team: Our specialist Community Domestic Abuse Support Service supports male and female victims of domestic violence and abuse living in Sandwell, Dudley and Walsall through a range of contracted/ commissioning arrangements.
The service works in partnership with other services within BCWA and key agencies to assess risk and provide tailored support plans for service users.
Our integrated approach provides effective holistic support for survivors of abuse using a trauma-informed approach.
We have a team of supportive, dedicated, self-driven individuals who empower clients to make informed choices, helping them to live a life free from abuse.
Job Role
Job Title: Pathways to Change Senior
Position available: 1 full-time position, 37.5 hours (Monday - Friday, 7.5 hours per day, covering Sandwell
Salary: £27,800 - £30,187.00.

We are looking for a highly skilled Pathways to Change Senior with excellent communication skills, compassion and understanding of the impact of abuse and exploitation.
We are looking for an innovative candidate who has experience of working with adults, who have experienced trauma and abuse.
The Role:
The Pathways to Change Project is an innovative project designed to reduce offending behaviour of domestic abuse perpetrators through community and group interventions.
Perpetrator work and victim support run in parallel.
Perpetrator work is delivered by St Giles Trust and Relate Birmingham.
BCWA delivers the parallel victim support to victims.
We are looking for a Pathways to Change Senior to provide day-to-day support to the Service Manager and support staff in delivering frontline services to victims of domestic abuse, in parallel to the services delivered by St Giles Trust and Relate Birmingham.
The post holder will assist the Domestic Abuse Support Workers to support victims in being able to recognise and address the dynamics of domestic abuse present in their own situation and to help them regain control of their lives.
The main focus of this position will be to provide day-to-day operational support to the team, assisting in case supervisions if required & case management meetings both internally and externally, where required arranging team meetings and attending partnership meetings and to assist in writing and facilitating training.
