Static AC Engineer - FM Service Provider - Commercial Building – Milton Keynes – up to £50,000


Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider situated in Milton Keynes.

CBW is currently recruiting a Static AC/HVAC Engineer to be based in a brand-new flagship commercial building located a short walk from Milton Keynes station.

The successful candidate will be a fully qualified HVAC or AC Engineer with a proven track record in commercial/property building maintenance.

He or she will be required to carry out M&E planned and reactive maintenance..

Key Responsibilities:

• Surveying sites ahead of fitting heating, ventilation, or air conditioning systems
• Planning the placement of pipework, ducts, and control panels
• Installing HVAC components
• Performing quality checks to ensure systems are working efficiently and safely
• Carrying out maintenance on HVAC systems
• Finding and fixing faults
• PPM & Reactive maintenance
• Air conditioning and refrigeration - Service/maintenance
• Your main duties will be service and maintenance on split systems, VRVs, VAVs and VRFs, AHUs, FCUs, Chillers and all HVAC and refrigeration plants.
• Extensive building services knowledge
• Providing technical support to engineers on site

• Level 2 NVQ in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration or level 2/3 Heating and Ventilation
• F - Gas 2079 
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
• Experience with working with VRVs, Slit units, Chillers and AHUS
• Not necessary but advantages would also be having experience with wet systems, radiators, boilers and pipework diagnostic and repairs.

• Up to £50,000 per annum
