Electrical Day Shift Engineer

Day Shift Engineer - Commercial Office Building - Holborn - Up to £45,000 Per annum - 07:00-19:00

My client is looking for an Electrical Shift Maintenance Engineer to be based in a commercial office building based near Holborn.

The successful candidates will be Electrically biased (C&G / NVQ) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

Working with the maintenance team on site, He or she will be required to carry out electrical, mechanical and fabric maintenance to the following.

In return, the company are offering a competitive salary of up to £45,000, further training and career progression. 

Key duties & Responsibilities

• Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast's, Control panel, Power distribution)
• Knowledge of HV and LV Systems
• Emergency lighting
• Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
• Chillers - Re-set
• Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e.
  
  Hot & Colds)

• 4on 4off Days Shift
• 07:00-19:00 

• Up to £45,000 Basic Salary
• 20 days holiday

• Electrical qualified level 2&3 (C&G, NVQ etc)
• 18th Edition
• Experience working in a bank / commercial Office
• You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates (Essential)
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
• Multi-skilled
• Good communication skills
• Excellent customer skills 
• Must be able to get to site for 07:00am start
