Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with Fgas - Mayfair, London - Up to £47,000 

I have a fantastic opportunities to work for a large maintenance company working in Mayfair, London working at a corporate commercial office buildings on behalf of a large property management company.

You will carry out PPM and reactive maintenance, statutory compliance and general building maintenance tasks across a large estate of buildings.  

My client is looking for a Multi-skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with Fgas with experience in building services to work on a High profile corporate office.

You will based in one building however you may be required to work across other sites when required and will therefore be provided with a travel card.

Hours

Monday to Friday - 08:00 -17:00 

Requirements

• Apprentice Trained
• Mechanical - City & Guilds Level 2 and 3 or Equivalent
• Fgas
• Unvented Qualified 
• Client Facing
• Commercial Building Maintenance Experience

• Basic Salary of £47,000

• Mechanical PPM's and Reactive maintenance

• Landlord and Tenanted areas of a large blue chip companies and banks across a large estate
• Working as part of a small maintenance team to deliver a great service to the client
