Location: Hybrid - 2 days Wilmslow (HQ) and 3 days from home
Working hours: 8:30-17:00
Salary: £24,000 per annum

The Citation Group is recruiting for a Marketing Executive to help deliver a second-to-none customer experience to clients from across the group.

Working with a client-based audience across a growing portfolio of brands and products, this position is ideal for someone who works well in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.

The role

Reporting into the Client Experience Lead and working as part of a large, widely talented Group Marketing Team, you will be responsible for the execution of client communications from onboarding right through to renewal.

Key objectives:

, Ownership and execution of client comms plans across multiple group businesses and brands.
, Build and maintain solid relationships with stakeholders and colleagues in the group marketing engine to ensure on-plan delivery of client communications such as legal updates, value-adding webinar sessions and cross-sell campaigns.


, Effectively communicate campaign details to sales and service leaders and their teams via briefings.
, Work collaboratively with the group marketing content and design teams to take Citation Group clients on a content-rich and engaging customer journey.
, Effectively and professionally manage customer replies, seeking the support of other teams where needed.
, Monitor and track success of activity engagement by content type, product and group business to test and challenge campaign and communication approaches.
, Help plan & attend both live and remote client events.
, Support the commercial and wider marketing team to nurture and introduce Citation to the clients of newly acquired businesses as they integrate into the group.
