CBW is currently looking for a Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based on a sporting venue based in Surrey.

The successful candidate will be Electrical biased (NVQ, C&G) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

This is a single person site working as an electrical biased maintenance engineer.

In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £41,000 for further training and career progression.

Duties:

• Emergency lighting
• Emergency Light Testing 
• Fire Alarms
• Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings
• Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
• Water Treatment (Temperature checks )
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets, replace taps etc
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e.
  
  Hot & Colds)

• Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00 

• Up to £41,000
• 23 days holiday plus bank holidays
• Overtime available
• Company pension
• No Call Out

• 18th Edition 
• Electrically qualified (C&G, NVQ etc)
•  A proven track record in Building Maintenance
• Client Facing 
• Good Communication Skills.

• Previous Experience in Commercial office Maintenance
