The Role
Customer Service Agent - Folkstone – 20 hours per week - Permanent - £10.50 per hour
Do you enjoy working outside? Are you customer focused? Do you have a full UK driving Licence?
If the answer is "YES" then we would love for you to join our Parking Team in Folkstone.
As a Customer Service Agent, you will undertake patrols of our car parks, enforcing and advising on Parking Restrictions.

You will have excellent customer care skills and be able to converse in a friendly and effective manner. 
Please note this role is working 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis and will include some weekend work.
What you will do:
• Carry out relevant basic maintenance of payment machines, entry and exit barriers and other company equipment
• Ensure that patrols are carried out in accordance & recorded in the daily occurrence book
• Ensure that the site is kept clean, tidy and hazard free at all times 
• Complete report sheets or any other log sheets, in full and as instructed
• Report to your line manager any element of car park service that might compromise the level of service we wish to achieve as well as any irregularities.
• Effectively deal with client and customer enquiries on site where possible or to refer clients to the appropriate level of management within APCOA
• Ensure a consistently high level of customer care and early response to the help points

 
What you will bring:
