A Fantastic opportunity to work for a leading FM Service Provider situated in Holborn, London.

CBW is currently looking for a Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based in a commercial office building based in the Holborn, London.

The successful candidate will be Electrical biased (NVQ, C&G) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

Working with the maintenance team on-site, He or she will be required to carry out mechanical, electrical, and fabric maintenance as part of a 2 person team.

In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £42,000 for further training and career progression.

Duties:

• Emergency lighting
• Fire Alarms
• Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings
• Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
• Water Treatment (Temperature checks )
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets, replace taps etc
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e.
  
  Hot & Colds)
• LTHW
• DHWS
• CHW

• Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00 / 09:00-18:00

• Up to £42,000
• 23 days holiday plus bank holidays
• Overtime available

• Electrically qualified (C&G, NVQ etc)
