Training Manager
Southwark –  Based at one of three operational locations, but will also be required to travel across Southwark as part of their job role
£31,644 per annum plus £4,000 Discretionary bonus per annum, paid monthly £333.33, only payable based on KPI achievement.

We’re seeking a Training Manager to spearhead and develop our training initiatives in Southwark.

As a fundamental member of our team, you'll shape the future of our workforce.

Through the designing, implementing, and enhancing training programs that drive excellence and encourage our employees!
So, what will your day look like?
As a Training Manager, you will orchestrate and deliver all Civil Enforcement related training.  This will include new and existing staff in Southwark to prepare them with solutions and develop their skillset.

 

  •   Deliver engaging and interactive learning programmes with media and technology to create a meaningful and memorable learning experience
  •     Develop learner training materials and build bite-sized learning objects
  •    Create a training plan for Southwark
  •   Work with training providers to develop suitable content for internal courses
  •   Benchmark competitors in the industry to consistently improve APCOA standards
  •   Organise your own courses and coordinate joining instructions accordingly
  •    Identify any gaps between current and desired performance and determine training required to rectify
  •     Payroll
  •    DBS Checks
  •   Right to Work Checks
How do you know you’re the right candidate?
To succeed in this role, you will need to be a Learning & Development / Training professional with a solid track record of designing and delivering a wide range of successful training solutions.
·       Knowledge of learning and development methods, including e-learning is essential for this position
·       Excellent communication, planning and organisational skills with the confidence to deliver
·       Ability to work autonomously and to tight regulations and deadlines
·       Innovative and forward thinking
·       Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
