Sales Ledger Assistant - FM Provider - Slough - 20k to 30k per annum dependent on experience

CBW has an excellent new opportunity for an experienced Sales Ledger Assistant to join a leading company based in Slough.

Your main responsibility will be to update systems and ensure all relevant work sheets are logged and organised accordingly.

You must be comfortable using management systems and chasing up work from sub contractors.

Hours of Work:

Monday to Friday 

9am to 5pm - 37.5 hours a week

Office Based 

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Creation of invoices and credit notes
  • Reporting on sales invoicing totals
  • Uploading invoices and credit notes to the Finance system and reconciling to the
  • CAFM system.
  • Allocating cash to debtor accounts
  • Carrying out credit checks
  • Creating new client accounts in the CAFM and the Finance system
  • Providing statements for operational managers
  • Balance and complete month end reports
  • Credit note analysis
  • Contract administration
  • Provide cover for the credit control function
  • Provide support to the Finance Super User for the CAFM system
 

Key Requirements:

  • Previous administrative experience 
  • Previous Finance experience 
  • Familiar with using management systems 
  • Extremely organised individual
  • Keen to be progressed 
  • Beneficial to have health and safety knowledge
