Full-time: 45 hours, 5 days out of 7 days.

The ideal candidate would have worked in a busy environment ideally hospitality and would need to be able to demonstrate the following:

, A high standard of food preparation and attention to detail
, Organised to maintain high standards
, A genuine passion for hospitality
, Deliver an exceptional experience for our guests
, Assist senior chefs where required in recipe and dish development
, Be flexible and willing to help all areas of the kitchen if required
, To monitor stock movement and be responsible for minimal wastage
, Be positive, approachable and a team player
, Ensure cleanliness of kitchen and all equipment with a high knowledge of health and safety
