Financial Performance and Analysis Manager

About The Role
An exciting opportunity for a Financial Performance and analysis manager to assist in supporting all financial activities undertaken by the Finance department ensuring that a comprehensive service is provided to both internal and external customers.
Responsible for leading the Group’s Financial Performance and Analysis team.

The Financial Performance and Analysis Team is responsible for the timely delivery of the Group’s management and statutory accounts, management and Board reporting packs, business partnering arrangements and the production of annual budgets and forecasts.

To accommodate any other broadly related duties within the finance function that may be allocated from time to time or in response to internal / external changes.

About The Candidate

  • Be a confident and capable communicator with the ability to inspire, engage and challenge
  • Experience of working in a financial control / accounting environment
  • Have the ability to plan forward, prepare and deliver against tight deadlines
  • Have the ability to analyse and interpret high volume of complex financial data
