Paediatric Occupational Therapist

Sirona Medical is a Healthcare Recruitment Agency supplying staff across many sectors within the UK. 

Sirona Medical are working with a Trust in London who are seeking a Paediatric Occupational Therapist providing a high quality service to children and young people who:

  • have a  GP
  • have a Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP)

The team work with children and young people to help them develop the skills they need to be a part of everyday activities (known as occupations) as independently as possible.

These activities might include:
  • personal care skills, including dressing, toileting, feeding, and brushing teeth
  • completing school activities, such as using scissors or using a pencil
  • being able to participate in fun leisure activities.
Essential Requirements:
  • Diploma in Occupational Therapy or BSc in Occupational Therapy and Registered with the Health Professions Council
  • HCPC Registered
  • UK experience either within NHS and/or Social Services 
  • Extensive experience in the specialist field of paediatrics
