CBW has a new opportunity for an experienced handyperson to join a leading FM company on a permanent basis.

This is working on a site based in Coventry.

You will be carrying out general maintenance duties such as lock changes, basic plumbing and lamp changes.

Hours:

Monday to Friday

• 06:00-14:00
• 14:00-22:00 (1 in 5 weeks)

• Carpentry – hanging doors, new locks, architrave, window frames, boxing in, assembling furniture
• Lighting (Lamping, etc)
• Painting & Decorating
• Plumbing, Carpentry, Painting etc
• Tap temp checks/Hanging fixtures
• Maintain and update Log books
• Assist the maintenance team on site
• Escort sub contractors

• Able to turn your hand to various duties
• Work effectively 
• Client facing 
• Hard working attitude 
• Trades background preferable 
• Driving license preferred

• Salary of £28,000
• 25 days plus bank
